LANCEL is the ultimate stage in a long history that began in 1876
when its founders Alphone and Angele Lancel
have opened the first boutique in Paris.
In 1929 LANCEL has opened the boutique in the Place
of Opera that remains till nowadays a well-known symbol of the
brand.
Since 1950 LANCEL has been developed with the aim
to satisfy
the growing desires of its customers, by creating products that
combine tradition and modern style to grace, elegance and quality.
In September 1997 LANCEL has joint the Richemont group that
counts among others brands such as CARTIER, MONT BLANC,
BAUME & MERCIER, PANERAI, CHLOE,
PURDEY & OLD ENGLAND.
Since that date LANCEL has accelerated its development
globally, by creating luxury and esthetic products.
It is in the same year that LANCEL as an international brand
has entered the Greek market by PSARROS 1917 S.A. who opened
its first boutique in Athens, while in December 2001 its second
boutique in Thessaloniki has been inaugurated.
Possessing a complete collection that includes women bags, briefcases,
small leather goods, gifts and luggage that are regularly being
renewed, LANCEL aims to fulfill the contemporary needs and to
succeed in better satisfying its customers.
Sumptuous, spectacular and fizzy evening set under the sign of
festivities. On world’s most beautiful avenue, LANCEL revealed
to Paris on the 26th January its new boutique designed by the famous
architect Patrick Norguet. Once again LANCEL
demonstrates creativity and technical innovation in this luxurious and
experimental playground.
On that occasion, the monumental glass façade has been magnified by a
play of light in order to create the event on the Champs-Elysses,
The noumerous visual surprises have put rhythm on the new LANCEL
spirit that the guests have discovered on the 700m2. In this harmonious
but unusual and audacious universe, the visitors have evolved in an
electro lounge musical ambience of Emmanuel S accompanied by a
lyric singer. Three illusionists including David Jarre were
also there to entairtain the guests.
Many celebrities were presents as Cyndi Lauper, Sarah Biasini,
Marie-Anne Chazel, David Douillet, Charlotte de Turck heim, Patrick
Timsit, Laure Manaudou, Clementine Celarie, Cyrielle Claire, Alain
Chamfort, Sophie Davant, Jean Pierre Cassel, Isabelle Giordano, Tomer
Sisley, Charles Berling, Ruth Elkrief, Pascal Elbe, Cecile Cassel,
Chantal Thomass, Adriana Karembeu, Elie Chouraqui.
